Last week there were many customers complaints about broken recordings. There were actually 2 separate issues:
Fox (11) recordings not loading – We have discovered that the wrong scrambling key was used for these recordings. We are still trying to find a way to recover these recordings.
Cut off recordings on other channels – We have found the cause of the issue and replaced all the assets that have been impacted.
We will keep you updated regarding the issues with Fox recordings.
